The Role:
We are searching for a Product Marketing Manager (AKA Market Manager) for Meazure Learning. In this role, you will be responsible for defining marketing and communication strategies for the specific market segment across multiple regions as part of our marketing of current solutions and go-to-market strategy for new products/offerings. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate market needs into requirements then deliverables to ensure the creation of programs will drive adoption of our solutions within them. You will also have a broad understanding of the overall market segments and competitors in each segment. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong communication and presentation skills to thrive externally in a market-facing, evangelistic capacity as well as internally in a consultative, sales enablement capacity. The things you'll do:
Participate in segmentation strategies to position and differentiate our products based on competitive and customer insights Develop and execute a long-term strategy for expansion into new target segments and regions Work within the Product Management team to gather and share market intelligence Develop go to market plans for new products and enhancements that ensure superior sales, service, delivery, client satisfaction Understand competitive landscape and work with sales teams to develop counter messaging to competitive threats Work with Marketing, Product Management and Sales to develop launch plan, pricing, promotion and other activities for new product releases Collaborate with marketing teammates to create sales enablement tools which position our solutions effectively in a competitive market and evangelize the value proposition to our customers Develop messaging, positioning and briefs for the creation of highly effective content and marketing programs Provide customer and business insights to product teams in order to influence and refine short and long-term product strategies Ensure ongoing training of product and service strategy to internal teams so that they can build plans to realize growth targets Collaborate with internal marketing team to develop the strategy for and ensure execution on integrated marketing plans that involve PR, social media, relationship marketing, demand generation, community and more Develop digital stories using PowerPoint and other tools to deliver exceptional visuals that compliment exceptional content Create Sales enablement tools to support sales and marketing team members with optimal ammunition (presentations, cheat sheets, solution briefs, etc.) which properly differentiate solutions in the market Other relevant projects as assigned The skills you'll need:

years' experience in fast-paced product management, business development, or marketing positions with externally-facing responsibilities Experience with the execution of Pragmatic Marketing Familiar with Agile Scrum methodology Ability to credibly influence and manage throughout different levels of an organization Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities with a focus on quality delivery Excellent writing and messaging skills to position solutions through succinct and compelling approaches Strong presenter with the ability to connect with small and large groups Excellent analytical skills as well as the ability to contribute at both strategic and tactical levels Strategic thinker who can understand and map market opportunities and needs to product capabilities and benefits Ability to gather market and competitive intelligence and craft strategies and messaging to counteract competitive threats Proven ability to analyze and synthesize information and convert it into actionable plans and business cases Willing to travel up to 25% (post-pandemic)
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Marketing Research & AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
