Role Summary:
The Tele-ICU Director will lead GEHC's Tele ICU initiative. This individual will work with C-Level stakeholders at hospitals to develop their remote care model. Will be responsible for developing ideas, gaining support, creating a deployment strategy, baselining current capabilities, and developing the financial / operational impact of the program. The Tele-ICU Director will oversee the implementation, workflow design, and clinical education.
Essential Responsibilities:
Lead GE Healthcare's Tele-ICU initiative.
Consult with clients to develop Tele-Health initiatives, that range from clinical consult to hospital wide surveillance, both in the hospital and beyond.
Develop and manage the funnel of opportunities, from identification through closing. Interface with various commercial stakeholders - from the product modality and the regions.
Own the pre-sale and post-sale deployment process - from baselining, workflow design, education deployment, and quantifying impact
Work with clients to gather requirements and act as a liaison to the product and engineering teams
Develop a network of key opinion leaders nationally
Write thought leadership collaterals
Speak on GE's behalf at professional conferences
Qualifications/Requirements:
7 years of commercial or consulting experience in healthcare
Demonstrated ability to launch and grow new initiatives
Demonstrated ability to flex from working with C-level clients to getting deep into the details of a deployment
Demonstrated ability to create a goal and lead a horizontal team to deliver on the objective.
Executive-level communication skills: written, interviewing, persuasion, selling, and presentation.
Self driven, thrive in an ambiguous environment
Travel 75% of the time
Desired Characteristics:
Experience in developing protocols / procedures for clinicians and deploying those in a clinical setting
Experience selling software solutions
Experience working in start-ups or new initiatives within a business
MBA / MHA or equivalent masters degree

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
