Role Summary:
The Clinical Director will be part of the Tele-ICU core team and will lead all Clinical aspects of the national initiative. This individual will work with C-Level stakeholders at hospitals to develop their remote care model. This job will be responsible for developing ideas, gaining support, creating a deployment strategy, and developing the operational impact of the program. Post sale, the Clinical Director will oversee the implementation, workflow design, and clinical education.
Essential Responsibilities:
Clinical leader of GE Healthcare's Tele-ICU initiative.
Consult with clients to develop Tele-Health initiatives, that range from clinical consult to hospital wide surveillance, both in the hospital and beyond.
Own the pre-sale and post-sale deployment process from a clinical standpoint - from baselining, workflow design, education deployment, and quantifying impact
Work with clients to gather requirements and act as a liaison to the product and engineering teams
Develop a network of key opinion leaders nationally
Write thought leadership collaterals
Speak on GE's behalf at professional conferences
Qualifications/Requirements:
Critical Care nurse with 5+ years experience
Director / Manager with 1+ years experience running a Tele-Health / Tele-ICU / eICU department
Experience quantifying the impact of a Tele-Health program for hospital leadership
Demonstrated ability to create a goal and lead a horizontal team to deliver on the objective.
Experience in developing protocols / procedures for clinicians and deploying those in a clinical setting.
Executive-level communication skills: written, interviewing, persuasion, selling, and presentation.
Ability to travel 50% of the time
Desired Characteristics:
Active membership in national nursing organizations
Published program / project success
Demonstrated ability to public speak in front of large audiences
Advanced degrees - MRN, PhD, Informatics

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
