Role Summary:
The Inside Sales Contract Analyst reports to the Centricity Perinatal (CPN) Inside Sales/Clinical Sales Specialist Manager and is responsible for supporting administrative activities for the CPN sales teams. The specific area of focus is related to administration and documentation of CPN Software Support Agreements (SSA). The goal of the position is to leverage expertise, passion and creativity to enable the sales team to focus on the customer and revenue producing activities.
Essential Responsibilities:
Work proactively with the AR/Collections team to assist in timely payments for auto-renewing SSA's.
Research and gather existing customer contract information to accurately quote Software Support Renewal (SSA) contracts as needed
Work with the Inside Sales Team to create SFDC opportunities and prepare renewal quotations in Apttus for any term maintenance contracts. Present the renewal quotes to the customer and follow up to closure.
Update existing SSA's as needed. Examples include contract renegotiation, software downgrades and/or additions, GPO changes, divestitures, etc.
Assist the ISR's with various customer billing issues by researching PeopleSoft, Service Cloud and other GE Healthcare tools and applications
Research customer license information, customer purchase history upon request. Validate results with current SSA and update if required.
Query current and past financial applications (PeopleSoft) for customer contracts
Act as liaison between finance and customer (resolving customer invoice issues)
Attend and assist finance on bi-weekly "CASH" calls (customer collections)
Work with ISR Team on process improvement initiatives as required
Willingness to travel to required team meetings up to several trips per year including overnight stays depending on business needs
Qualifications/Requirements:
At least one of the following core experiences: Bachelor's degree, minimum of 2 years successful over the phone business to business sales experience requiring closure of sale over the phone, or minimum of 3 years GEHC experience in a sales, finance or contracting role
Basic knowledge and skill in the following applications: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe
Creative Problem Solving -Strong analytical skills demonstrating ability to identify root causes of problems; generate and evaluate creative alternative solutions; implement problem resolutions quickly and effectively with fact-based decisions.
Exceptional interpersonal skills - strong verbal phone communication, effective and concise writing skills and robust influencing skills with persistence to overcome objectives.
Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills, including multi-tasking and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, follow up and attention to detail. Adaptable to multiple requests and daily changes.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization, both internally and with external customers; create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
